STAMFORD, Conn. – Soccer personalities Roger Bennett and Michael Davies, affectionately known as “The Men in Blazers,” return for their eighth season with NBC Sports, it was announced Monday.

Bennett and Davies will make a special appearance Saturday on NBC Sports’ Premier League Mornings Live fan festival at the Los Angeles Coliseum with a live segment on NBCSN’s coverage.

The full 30-minute THE MEN IN BLAZERS SHOW returns Sunday, Nov. 7 on NBCSN.

“It is the honor of a lifetime to take this show, reveling in the telenovela of storylines coming out of the Premier League, and the lessons of life that emerge from them, to Season 8 — the same number as Magnum P.I., Diff’rent Strokes, and Full House,” Bennett said in a statement.

“We couldn’t be more excited to be back with NBC Sports for what promises to be the most epic Premier League season since 1748,” Davies added. “Our goals remain entertaining the diehards, staying on budget and survival. In other words, we are Burnley.

Last season’s show featured big-name guests including John Oliver, Green Bay Packers QB Aaron Rodgers, USWNT defender Crystal Dunn, Arizona Cardinals DE J.J. Watt, Los Angeles Lakers G Alex Caruso, Wu Tang Clan’s RZA, Liverpool star Mohamed Salah, musician Big Boi, legendary Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger, musician Niall Horan, USWNT’s Sam Mewis, Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp and Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr.

Bennett and Davies also have hosted NBC Sports’ shows from The Open at Carnoustie Golf Links in Scotland, and the British Embassy in Washington, D.C.
